For
the last year or so, our directors bar has been themed around cult
director Quentin Tarantino, responsible for PCC hits such as Kill
Bill, Death Proof, Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs. We have even
included pictures from his references such as Bruce Lee in his Yellow
Jumpsuit which went on to set the theme for Uma Turman's famous
Kill Bill outfit.
However all good things must come to an end, and
we feel it's time for a change. Below we have a list of directors,
all of whom have made great films which we love at the Prince Charles.
We're now asking you our customers to pick your favourite, so that
their work can adorn our bar.
Do you think Almodovar's work cuts the mustard? Perhaps Robert
Rodriguez hasn't had as much recognition as his Grindhouse counterpart?
Should we be picking a classic like Hitchcock, or a modern day master
like Del Toro?
The choice is yours...
As a little thankyou, we'll pick a random name from our virtual
hat once the voting is over, and one lucky winner will win a pair
of cinema tickets and bottle of champagne to enjoy in our newly
refurbished bar!
